We worked on several projects today getting ready to pull out in the morning. Craig was busy with TV cables, zip ties and moving things around in the under side of the Whale. I rearranged most of the storage inside and took on the challenge of baking something for mom's birthday dinner.
All of our lives, mom has made homemade angel food cakes for Birthdays and special occasions. I wanted to surprise her with one, but here is the issue.... an oven that won't hold a angel food cake pan.
This is the entire inside of the oven. It will hold one (1) 9x13 pan.
There's only one (1) rack. Hmmmm. I did just buy a new cupcake pan. So..... it took 3 shifts using the same cupcake pan, but I came up with a plan. A Memorial Day/Birthday cake.
We picked up Olive Garden meals and had this for dessert:
Mom turns 88 on Wed. so, we celebrated a little early.
