We moved to Duck Creek RV Park
We are about 12 miles from Dad and Mom's place, but this place had a great weekly rate with our Passport America membership. So, we packed up this morning, made a trip by my folks and dad was even able to get up the steps and spend a few moments in the belly of the Whale.
It cooled WAY down today and made a really nice overcast and only about 87 degree day. That was a relief. There has been quite the breeze blowing during the nights, but tonight all is cool, all is calm, the windows are open and we are chillin'.

The Whale sporting it's new tires and tire covers. The tail has it's "shades". |
|
The Pool was chilly |
|
The Hot Tub was warm |
|
Not sure why, but the tire covers makes it look like a cartoon character. |
|
We took a short nap, hot tub, swim and a few minutes of sun on the lilly white skin. At least the Whale is whiter than I am!! I somehow have a farmer's tan and I haven't farmed a single thing. |
|
We had the place to ourselves |
We picked up some fresh fish (whatever that means in Las Vegas) at the store on the way over to Mom and Dad's and we all had a wonderful dinner together.
We may be here for a week since we got such a wonderful rate and we still have a few things to help with at the folk's place.
I don't believe we even have a paddle? Wait, we do, but it's in storage.
