Stroke, Hit, Fire and Phrase

It was a full day of activities today.  It started with Tana picking us up at 7:15 am to go to Carter's swim meet in Thornton, CO.  Barry took the boys to Collin's baseball Tourney in Commerce City. It was a pretty morning with a great view of the snow capped Rockies.

STROKE

Carter did a great job in his races and even came in first in his breast stroke heat.  He beat his best time and looked great.
There were many schools that participated, and they had many heats.  But, they kept is moving and we were on our way to Collin's second baseball game

HIT

We missed the triple that Collin hit in the first game of the tourney, but we made it there in time to see the second win of the day and an In the Park Home Run that he made.

FIRE

We headed back to Cherry Creek State Park and the RV to have a cookout.  We were all hungry and decided to eat while the weather was good and before it might rain.
Hot dogs always taste better cooked over a fire.  The s'mores were good, too.

Barry played some "Pickle" with the kids.  After swimming, Carter had to go to work at Chick-fil-A.

Sam, the dog, came out for the cook out, too.

Guess he thought this was his "good side".

PHRASE

A dark cloud passed over so we went inside to play a little "Catch Phrase" Game.

Kyra is spending the night with us, so we finished off the daylight with a nice walk.

Jeff and Rachel's oldest, Kristen, went to the Prom tonight in Crown Point, Indiana.  She went with Noah.

We feel very blessed!

Blessings,
Kathy
