Fishing At Last!!

 What a Very Fine Day!

This was nearly a perfect day!  Went for a nice walk with Craig, Bob and Pam, visited with them, Pam made us lunch and then we drove the 30 miles from Pine River to the Little Boy Resort.  On the way, we drove past the campground where we used to rent cabins since I was a young girl and then we also took our family and friends up there for many years.  We took a few pictures because it looks very different and for those that have been there, we thought you might be interested.

Everything is so green and pretty after all the rain they have had this spring.

It's no longer called, "Lakeview Camp".  It's Lake Haven or something like that now.

We arrived at the Little Boy Resort and got setup with the RV and while we had a few sprinkles, we ate a salad and got ready to fish.

This is a very pleasant sight to us.

It nice to see Craig so happy and content.

Just when we felt the day couldn't get any better, I caught this Northern Pike.  That was fun!!

Then Craig caught a bass and a rock bass.

I caught another Pike and as the sun began to set, we decided to beat it in to shore before the mosquitoes came out.

We have looked forward to getting back to MN for many years and today it all came to pass.  The weather is suppose to be good this next week, too.  Thank you, Lord!!!
