We went for a ride yesterday on my 64th Birthday and enjoyed the cool Texas day and the hilly, tree covered areas around a couple of lakes. This is Lake Cypress Springs not far from Mt. Pleasant. It was a bit windy, but this is a nice RV camping spot that we might try in the future. I had a nice Birthday lunch with Craig.
Today we had such a lovely time with a lovely couple that lives on Lake Bonham that we have fellowshipped with over the years. John and Debbie G. Thank you for such a wonderful day and yummy lunch.

They purchased a lake home that was older and the yard was completely over grown and they transformed it into a piece of heaven on earth and they shared it with us today. We feel blessed to know them!!

Debbie served up a delicious lunch for us.
How's this for a nice dining area!!! It was a perfect weather day so we ate outside on their garden patio.
"Captain Goofy John" took us out for a three hour tour. Not really, but felt that I needed to give him a hard time.

So fun to be out in a pontoon once again.
Thanks again to John and Deb for a wonderful day!! They so made us want to live on a lake once again.
If I can't have a home on a lake, maybe I could ask the Lord to give me Debbie to be my gardener!!!
We felt very blessed today to have such wonderful friends.
