We have lived in the Whale now for nearly two years. We have looked for a place to buy as we have traveled across the country. We recently came close to buying a condo in Colorado, but we just didn't have peace about doing it at this time.
We certainly hadn't planned on looking for a larger RV, but that's what we ended up doing. I found it on the Yuma Craigslist and it is parked at another RV Park just down the road 12 miles.
This will allow us to continue to spend time with friends and family across the states and that is what's most important to us at this point in our lives.
I wasn't sure what to do about naming the new Motorhome, but because of the blog, we decided to just stay with The Whale. It will be considered the 2.0 upgrade.
Here is the new Whale. It's a 2002 Holiday Ramble Admiral. It has two slide outs. I did consider calling it The Ship because of the name. Anyway, meet the Whale.

The front driver's and passenger seats turn around and become part of the living area.
There's a double refrigerator or twice what I now have.
We will be getting the new Whale on Monday. We have the old Whale up for sale and it will be a bit sad to move out, but we are very ready for a bit more living area. Not sure we will know how to act.
